Libri: Steps Followed?

Reading from someone else’s work, whether it be a blog, a journal or an actual publication, is a good way of learning from the mistakes of others, or perhaps an exercise in following someone’s footsteps and experiencing exactly as they did before they evolved into something greater. In The Practice of the Magical Diary, the Adept concerned goes as far as to record everything from his rituals, to his exercises and doings and habits of his day-to-day life.

Aleister Crowley stated that the journal that one writes in, reflects where they are in their training and how close they are in the matter of obtaining the elusive thing called Perfection. I cannot help also, that the journal is also something to study in itself. An indication that I should attempt the same, perhaps?
